We have developed a safety program that has been adopted, in whole or in part, by many of our clients. The principles and practices of our safety program are deeply ingrained in our culture, from top-level executives to every employee on the job. Every employee is committed to ensuring that work is performed safely and to the highest quality standard.

New employees receive 47 hours of comprehensive training, including but not limited to, OSHA certifications, PowerSafe courses, project/client-specific instruction, operator training, and First Aid/CPR. Our full-time safety managers regularly visit our worksites, conduct training classes, and ensure that our crews have the necessary knowledge, tools, and equipment to perform their work safely and efficiently. It is our responsibility to make sure all our employees return home to their families at the end of the day.
