Headquartered in the Dallas Metroplex, DynaGrid’s management team has over 50 years of experience meeting utility companies unique construction needs nationally.

DynaGrid’s considerable bonding capacity, modern well maintained drill rigs, and rigorous safety program enable delivery of the largest projects safely, reliably, and environmentally consciously.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

President

Diane Ferrara

Ms. Manning-Ferrara has been in the Transmission & Distribution and heavy construction industry for over 10 years. Previous to co-founding DynaGrid, she held the role of Chief Administrative Officer at Can-Fer Construction where she was responsible for core functional area performance. Prior to her 10 year tenure at Can-Fer, she held various administrative roles at Cajun Contractors.

Business Operations

Charles Ferrara

As Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Mr. Ferrara has responsibility for business performance. He brings to DynaGrid deep industry experience that began more than 20 years ago. Prior to co-founding DynaGrid, he was the President of Can-Fer Utility Services which formed from the merger of Can-Fer Construction and Quanta Utility Services. Mr. Ferrara was a co-founder and Vice President of Can-Fer Construction.

Estimator

Kent Roecker

Mr. Roecker is an Estimator for DynaGrid.  He brings to DynaGrid over twenty years of estimating experience in T&D and heavy civil construction. Before joining DynaGrid, he held leadership roles in estimating and project management with Can-Fer Utility Services, URS Corporation, and Interstate Foundations.

Chief Financial Officer

Kendrew Witt

Mr. Witt is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer. He joins DynaGrid after being a Principal with Novantas and Marakon Associates, both management consultancies. He has 15 years in strategy and finance and holds a MBA from the University of Chicago.

Safety and Health Director

Enrique Corona

Mr. Corona leads DynaGrid's Safety department which is responsible for DynaGrid's safety, health, and environmental program. Before joining DynaGrid, Mr. Corona was the Safety Director for Can-Fer Utility Services and held safety management positions with Hanson-Lehigh and Pilgrim’s Pride. He is a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO).

Project Manager & Estimator

Clint Helton 

Mr. Helton is a Project Manager and Estimator. He brings to DynaGrid over twenty years of project management and estimating experience in T&D and heavy civil construction. Prior to joining DynaGrid, he held project management and estimating roles with Can-Fer Utility Services, Azteca Enterprises, and Omega Contracting.
